RETURNSIf you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing web@servicepacksamsung.com. After this time, we are not responsible for any damage.
Returns of unsealed or tampered with items are not accepted.
In the case of screens and spare parts, it is necessary to check their correct operation before installation. If the item is returned without the stickers or with signs of use, the return will not be accepted due to handling damage.
To proceed with the return, you must request the RMA/Returns form from us.
All returns must be made postage paid by the customer, within a maximum period of 7 business days.
PAYMENT METHODSThe following payment methods are accepted:
- Paypal (+2.4% additional cost on total purchase)
- Transfer
- Bank card
shipping methodsShipping will be via MRW, GLS or UPS, depending on the customer's choice.
All our orders are shipped to the address indicated in the order. If the customer wishes to have the product shipped to a different address, they must notify us when placing the order. If the product is shipped to the address indicated in the order and delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address or for any other reason, we will not be responsible for additional shipping costs; the customer will be responsible for paying for the product.
Shipments are made to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
